Day Two: 9am til 5pm
Day 3: 9am till 5pm
Times are approximate only. Please note, the event times cannot be changed around flight times of attendees. Aim to arrive before the start time and leave after the end time.

PARKING: Free parking is available for hotel guests.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT:?Coolangatta Airport is around 25-minutes? drive from the venue. Brisbane Airport is around 90-minutes’ drive.
WHAT TO BRING: Note pads and pens. A light jacket or sweater is a good idea as seminar rooms can be typically cool. You will NOT need your laptop in the seminar room, unless this is how you take notes (no power or internet connection is supplied)
NOT PERMITTED: Any recording devices. No recordings may be made of any presentation.
CATERING: Whilst time is allocated for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, catering is only provided for Morning Tea. We recommend you bring your own refreshments for each day. And there are plenty of food options near the venue.
